There are no refunds available for any products received by customer! All orders take 3-4 months to process! We are not responsible for any custom orders not being to customers exact specifications. You are buying a share of a live animals from Bateman Farms/ Farm to Nevada, we are not butchers! All hanging weights are based on averages we are not responsible for exact weight received in the form of cut and wrapped products!
